I am a true full-stack engineer with a passion for software and design. For the last 6 years I have worked in consulting with start-up consulting companies. At RTS Labs I was the first engineer and helped build our brand and reputation and RTS Labs is now a 40+ person company. I then moved to Ippon Technologies. The Ippon US operation just started last year and I was the 2nd engineer on the team. We now have over 20 engineers in the US and 200+ internationally.

I have experience taking ownership of projects, spearheading development and setting up environments and tools. I love agile and scrum in particular and am accustomed to fast-moving and rapidly evolving requirements. I love to help build companies, especially consulting companies though high-quality engineering, pre-sales, recruitment and brand-building in-person and on social media.
